We are reachable through our phone line at normal business hours. Through that line you can inquire about our services, schedule an appointment, and make any changes to an appointment. If you wish to notify us of misuse of safety equipment, or have any complaint in general then please use the phone line so that we can rectify that immediately. For less urgent inquiries you can use our email address but please keep in mind that it can take a few days to reply to that, especially if there has been a buildup of emails.

Our field team is dedicated to making the process as convenient as possible. They will call you when they are en route so that they can make sure of your availability. For more long term projects, such as multiple tree removals, members of our team will give out their personal numbers so that you can reach them directly for better coordination. We are always dedicated to giving you the best quality of service possible so we always do a follow-up call so that you can rate our services. We truly wish to know if there is something we can do to make our services better and how we can facilitate our customers more.
