If you wish to notify us of misuse of safety equipment, or have any complaint in general then please use the phone line so that we can rectify that immediately. For less urgent inquiries you can use our email address but please keep in mind that it can take a few days to reply to that, especially if there has been a buildup of emails.

Our field team is dedicated to making the process as convenient as possible. They will call you when they are en route so that they can make sure of your availability. For more long term projects, such as multiple tree removals, members of our team will give out their personal numbers so that you can reach them directly for better coordination.
